What's New in Puree: Everything We Shipped in the First Half of 2026

By Andrew Hemphill · 12 August 2026

A lot has gone into Puree since January, and if you have been busy running events you will have missed most of it. So here is the whole lot in one place: everything added or rebuilt between January and August 2026, one line each, grouped by the part of the app it belongs to. Where there is a guide or a fuller announcement, it is linked, so you can read up on anything that looks useful and skip the rest.

If you only read five things

  1. 01 Bespoke quote templates. Beautiful quote themes in your own fonts, photos and style, so you never look like the caterer they are also asking.
  2. 02 CRM boards. Stop losing work to silence, and see what you won, what you lost and why.
  3. 03 Recipes and food cost. Scan a supplier invoice and your ingredient prices and food costs update themselves.
  4. 04 Card payments online. Plus delivery fees by postcode and one-click processing.
  5. 05 New “Chef” user type. A kitchen-only login with no pricing.

Where to start

If you read one thing from the list and do nothing else, make it the CRM. Most caterers we talk to are losing more work to quotes nobody chased than to quotes priced too high, and the boards make that visible for the first time. After that, recipe costing is the one people tell us changed how they quote.
