New Feature

Every caterer ends up with a few different audiences they want to talk to β corporate clients with end-of-financial-year invitations, past wedding couples for anniversary thank-yous, the whole list at Christmas. Newsletter groups in Puree let you organise your existing contacts into those audiences and export each one as a CSV your email tool already knows how to import.
From the Customer dashboard, click Newsletter and create a group for each audience you send to β common ones we see are Corporates, Personal, Past weddings, and Xmas. A contact can sit in as many groups as you want, so there's no duplicate-management headache.
Inside a group you get one screen that lists every contact in your account. Search by name, email or company, and toggle between All, In group and Not in group to focus on the people you're triaging right now. Tick the ones you want and click Add to group β or use the header checkbox to add a whole page at once. The same buttons remove contacts if you've changed your mind.
Spotting new people who slipped past your previous mail-out is a five-second job: switch to Not in group, scan the list, tick the ones who belong, done.
Click Export CSV and pick the format that matches your email tool:
Exports only include contacts that have an email address and haven't been marked as unsubscribed, so you're never accidentally emailing someone who's opted out.
Newsletter groups are live on all plans, no setup required. Open the Customer dashboard and click the Newsletter button to get started.
