See all items needed across multiple orders in one view, making it easy to plan production and ordering.
The Consolidated Item View aggregates all items from your upcoming orders into a single report. Instead of checking each order individually, you can see the total quantities of every item needed across all orders for a given period. This is invaluable for production planning, supplier ordering, and kitchen preparation.
Go to Reports → Consolidated Item View. You can choose between two time ranges:
The report pulls items from all accepted orders within the selected period and totals the quantities. Items are organised by category — menu, beverages, and equipment — so you can quickly see what's needed in each area of your operation.
By default the report shows items from accepted orders. You can also include pending quotes to see potential requirements that haven't been confirmed yet. This is useful for anticipating demand and ordering ahead.
