Reports

Gain insights into your sales, items, customers, and operations with Puree's reporting tools.

Accessing Reports

All reports are available from the Reports section in the main menu. Each report can be filtered by date range and exported to CSV or PDF for sharing with your team or accountant.

Sales Reports

The sales report gives you an overview of your revenue and order activity. You can view sales for this month, last month, or a custom date range. The report shows total revenue, number of orders, and average order value, and lets you compare accepted orders against pending quotes.

Item Revenue

See how individual items are performing. The item revenue report shows the revenue and quantity sold for each item over a given period, making it easy to identify your best sellers and analyse profitability at the item level.

Category Revenue

View revenue broken down by item category — menu, beverages, equipment, and so on. This helps you understand which areas of your business are generating the most revenue and spot trends over time to inform menu planning decisions.

Customer Revenue

Identify your most valuable customers by viewing total revenue and number of orders per customer. This is useful for recognising repeat clients, understanding ordering patterns, and deciding where to focus your relationship-building efforts.

Consolidated Item View

The consolidated item view aggregates all items across upcoming orders into a single report. Choose a 7-day or 4-week window to see total quantities needed, organised by category. You can filter by accepted orders or include pending quotes. This is covered in more detail in the Consolidated Item View help article.

Next 4 Weeks Overview

Get a forward-looking view of your business with all orders for the next four weeks. See revenue projections, identify busy periods, and plan staffing and resources accordingly.

User Activity

Track which team members are creating quotes and monitor conversion rates by user. This helps you understand team performance and identify areas where additional training or support might be beneficial.
