NOSH, a leading Wellington based catering and events company, sought a solution to reduce their reliance on manual, document heavy quoting, client and event team communication processes. It was essential that the solution empowered NOSH to be responsive and agile, to help maintain their competitive edge.

Solution

NOSH leverages Puree's capability end-to-end, from quote to order completion. They began transitioning to Puree by bulk-loading their menu and equipment inventory. Initially they trained their team to use Puree for all new quotes and over the course of another couple of weeks, loaded all of their existing quotes and orders.
