The Event Brief Docket encapsulates all necessary details for an event manager, ensuring they have a complete overview of what is required for the event's success.

How to Generate an Event Brief Docket

Step 1: Review Your Quote

Ensure your quote includes:

  • Menu items and beverages
  • Staff details
  • Equipment
  • Run sheet

Step 2: Add Notes with Attachments

  1. Navigate to the Notes section at the bottom of your order
  2. Type in any critical notes for the event brief
  3. Upload attachments (photos, PDFs up to 8MB) by clicking Browse or drag and drop
  4. Toggle "Include note in event brief" to add the note and attachments to the PDF
  5. Save your note

Step 3: Accessing the Docket

  1. Go to the Dockets section and locate your order
  2. Click on the Event Brief Docket to download it as a PDF
