Include venue hire costs in your quotes and manage venue reservations with an integrated calendar.
The venue management feature is designed for caterers who own or manage event spaces. It allows you to include venue hire costs directly in your quotes, manage reservations through a calendar, and keep venue-specific items and pricing organised alongside your catering offerings.
Go to Settings and enable the Venue Management feature. Once enabled, a Venues section appears in the main menu where you can set up your venues.
Go to Venues and click Add New Venue. For each venue you can configure:
When creating a quote, select an order type that includes venue hire (e.g. Venue hire only or a staffed event at your venue). Choose the venue and the reservation type. The venue hire cost is automatically included in the quote total, and the venue section appears at the top of the customer's quote.
You can also add venue-specific items to the quote from the Venue tab on the items page, alongside your regular menu, beverage, and equipment items.
The venue calendar gives you a visual overview of all reservations across your venues. Use it to:
