You can now attach photos and PDFs directly to your order notes, and have them automatically included in your Event Brief document. This is perfect for sharing table layouts, venue photos, or any other visual information with your team.
How It Works
Adding Attachments to Notes
When creating or editing a note on an order, you'll now see an attachment area where you can upload files:
- Click Browse or drag and drop files into the upload area
- Supported file types: Images (PNG, JPG, WebP, etc.) and PDFs
- Maximum file size: 8 MB per file
- You can upload multiple files to a single note
Including in Event Brief
When you toggle "Include note in event brief" on a note that has attachments, those attachments will automatically appear at the bottom of your Event Brief PDF.
- The note itself will show "(Attachment below)" in the Notes section
- All attachments appear in a dedicated Note Attachments section at the end of the document
- Images are embedded directly in the PDF
- PDF attachments have each page rendered as an image in the Event Brief
Use Cases
This feature is ideal for:
- Table layouts — Attach seating arrangements or floor plans
- Venue photos — Share images of the event space with your team
- Client requirements — Attach any documents the client has provided
- Setup instructions — Include visual guides for your staff
Tip: Only images and PDFs can be attached to notes. This ensures all attachments can be properly rendered in the Event Brief document.
