A staff line on a Puree quote says what you need, for example 3 x Waiter, 4:00pm to 10:00pm. Some caterers also want to note who is working, so the names are there when they look at the calendar or print the Event Brief. You can now add those names in Puree.
It’s deliberately simple. It isn’t a rostering system (no availability, shift swaps or timesheets). It just keeps staff names with the job. And it’s optional: if you don’t add anyone, nothing changes.
Go to Settings → Staff and open the new People tab. Add each person’s name, and a phone number or email if you like. You can also tick the positions someone usually works, so they’re listed first when you add names to those lines.

In a quote’s Staff section, each line now shows whether it has names yet: ✓ Rostered, 2 of 3 rostered or Not rostered. Click + Roster, tick who’s working and save.

Puree stops a line taking more names than it needs and stops one person going on two lines at the same event. It also mentions if someone is already on another event at an overlapping time.
You can add names from the Event staff roster page too.

Once names are added, they show:

They never appear on your customer’s quote.
If you roster through Deputy, keep doing that. Your quotes will show who has claimed each Deputy shift.
Full details are in Adding Staff Names.
