Your feedback shapes the future of Puree. Whether it's a feature you've been wishing for, an improvement to something that already exists, or a bug you've spotted β we want to hear about it. That's why we've added a Feedback button directly into the app, making it easier than ever to share your ideas with us.
The feedback button sits in the footer of every page, centred between the copyright notice and the navigation links. It's styled as a subtle pill-shaped button with a light bulb icon β easy to spot without getting in the way of your day-to-day work.
You'll see it on every page when you're logged in, whether you're on the quotes list, editing an order, or managing your items.
When submitting feedback, you can categorise it to help us prioritise:
Many of the features in Puree today started as suggestions from our users. From dietary codes to info-only items, from customer notes to online order forms β real feedback from real caterers has shaped the product into what it is.
Every submission goes directly to the development team. Your name, email, and account are included so we can follow up if we have questions or want to let you know when your idea has been implemented.
The feedback button is available immediately for all logged-in users on every account. There's nothing to enable or configure β just scroll to the footer and click.
