We're excited to introduce an update to the notes functionality within Puree's catering management software, aimed at enhancing how caterers manage tasks and streamline operations directly from quotes.
New Features in Notes
As part of our commitment to improving user experience and functionality, the notes feature now includes the ability to utilize pre-designed commentary templates. These templates can be customized to suit various needs, such as creating detailed table plans directly within a quote. This functionality not only saves time but also enhances accuracy and client communication.
Additionally, users can now transform notes into actionable tasks with due dates. When a due date is set for a note, it automatically converts into a task, which then integrates seamlessly with the task management view on your homepage. This ensures that nothing gets missed and helps keep all team members on track with upcoming due dates.
