Currently, the items are displayed under each category name and their delivery times, but it may not be the desired layout. Menu headers are customizable items in the settings screen that allow you to group items as you want. In this video, I explain how to use driver run sheets and puree to manage delivery orders. I show you how to view and select orders for a specific date, determine the number of delivery runs needed, and decide the departure time from the kitchen. I also discuss how to sequence the deliveries based on delivery times and addresses, and assign drivers to each run. Finally, I demonstrate how to generate a run sheet that can be printed or shared with drivers. This feature in puree is a valuable tool for efficient delivery management. In this video, I discuss the event brief docket, which is designed to summarize all the necessary information for an event. This docket includes menu items, beverages, staff details, equipment, and a note section. I demonstrate how to add a note and save it, and then show how to access the event brief docket for a specific order. The docket provides a PDF summary with important details such as start date, contact name, phone number, staff members, start and end times, and menu and beverage information. It's a convenient tool for event managers to have all the essential information in one place.

In this video, I explain the features and benefits of the Consolidated View screen within Puree. This screen provides a summary of all the items used in Puree, including menu items, beverages, and equipment needed for the next 7 days. It is a valuable tool for chefs to quickly assess what needs to be ordered and made. I also demonstrate how the view can be customized for a 4-week period and highlight important information such as updated items, pending orders, and accepted quotes. I explain the benefits of including staff details in the quote, such as providing a clear indication of the total staff cost and helping with staff rosters. I also mention that some caterers prefer to leave the staff costs blank and charge after the event, but I recommend estimating the staff hours upfront. I demonstrate how to add staff to a quote and customize staff positions. Overall, this video provides valuable insights on managing staff in quotes.

Connecting Puree with Xero

In this video, I will show you how to connect Purée to Xero accounting software. By connecting the two, you can automatically sync the quotes you prepare in Purée with Xero. I will guide you through the process of connecting the two platforms and selecting the appropriate accounts in Xero. Additionally, I will explain how to set the invoice date and due date in Xero, and I will recommend enabling the auto-sync feature for seamless updates.

I show you how to access the quotes tab and the extra column that appears. I also demonstrate how to identify the status of each invoice and what it means when an invoice is authorized. Additionally, I discuss the process of sending an invoice to Xero and creating a draft invoice. I also touch on the importance of tracking prepayments and how Puree helps with that. Finally, I walk you through the steps of linking a quote in Puree to a customer in Xero.

Finally, I explain how to edit and update links in Xero. I show how to access the link form, update information like due dates and contacts, and then navigate to Xero to view the link. I also demonstrate how to view draft invoices, access customer details, and approve and send invoices to customers through Xero. This video provides a step-by-step guide on managing links and invoices in Xero.

Deposits

In this video, I explain how to manage a deposit in Puree. I walk through the process of editing a quote to require a deposit, setting the deposit amount, and saving the changes. I also show how the customer view of the quote is updated to reflect the deposit requirement. Once the customer accepts the quote, I explain the next steps of invoicing and receiving the deposit. Finally, I demonstrate how to view and track the deposits in the admin page. This video provides a step-by-step guide on managing deposits and ensures clarity for both the customer and the sender.

In this video, I will show you how to add a new user to your Pure account. Once the main user has signed up and created an account, they can invite other users. I will guide you through the process step by step, from accessing the account settings to inviting a new user and setting their role. In this Video, I explain the new feature we've added for caterers to manage venues. This feature allows caterers to include venue costs in quotes and manage venue reservations in a calendar. I demonstrate how to enable the feature, add venues, set up reservations and items, and customize them according to your needs. I also show how the venue component sits at the top of quotes, how to override customer addresses with venue items, and how to add commentary and use templates.
